Hey! Who’s
interviewing who here? Sporting clubs usually call players for
interview and choose the players they want. It was the other way around for Chris
Judd. Being perhaps Rules footballer, he interviewed four clubs
and chose the one he wanted. And he bypassed the richest club for the one
that finished last this year. He’s not really that different. In
business, skilled people are getting hard to find – and keep. They know it and are cruising the
market, looking for employers of choice. They don’t have to be the best organisation, or even pay
the most. They do, however, need to have a management culture that earns and
sustains the respect, support and energy of its people, 24/7. How does your management culture rate? -
