Hi Subscriber - The last five days have been a BEAR. In fact, I can hardly BEAR it. So, I hope you'll BEAR with me during this period of BIG frustration ... First, I caught a summer cold - now, I don't usually succumb to this sort of thing, so I'm miserable and contentious. (I'm an incredibly bad patient.) If this were not enough, my internet service has been 'off and on' since last Wednesday. More off than on. For someone like me, who is literally 'attached' to the web umbilical all day long ... this has made me feel - arrgghh! Dozens of you know about the internet thing as I've had to resort to some 'methods' to answer you when you've ordered The Agent Code. (Picture an elderly man running around with his computer, looking for 'hot spots.') During all this we were packing, stamping, and labeling 100's of envelopes with CD-ROMs of The Agent Code to ship out on Launch Day. Then ... yesterday - (ah, yesterday) PayPal's servers started to have 'issues' and a lot of you lovely people who tried to order The Agent Code before the midnight deadline - couldn't! I started getting more emails I couldn't answer - thanks to my &%#@# internet service provider. And of course, my ability to change the price on the order page is non-existant - since I can't even get on to my site. Now, I'm coughing like Camille in the third act, my blood pressure is 'elevated,' my frustration level has reached 'critical' and ... aw nuts! So, BEAR with me, please. If you haven't heard back from me in the last few days, just please know that I'm in the middle of an unBEARable episode - and I WILL get back to you when things return to normal.
