Is getting in shape or losing weight one of your goals??  Having a hard time finding the time or motivating yourself to go to the gym??  Get your exercise by learning a new sport or rediscovering one.?  Have a friend teach you a sport that they??™re good at.?  Teach your kids a sport or have them teach you one.?  Find ways to get your friends and family involved.?  Hula-hoop.?  Play Frisbee.?  Learn to rollerblade.?  Use community pools and tennis courts.?  Join the local YMCA.?  Are you afraid of being embarrassed or that you won??™t be good at a sport??  Find a friend who is totally new to the sport and learn together.?  Are you waiting to play or try a sport until you lose some weight or are more physically fit??  Get out there and you will lose weight and become more physically fit!

Ah, the Memories

Photographs and home movies are irreplaceable, so it is important to preserve them.? ?  Next time you get your digital photos developed be sure to get a photo CD or burn your own at home.?  Create a duplicate copy of all of your home movies.?  Collect your photo CD??™s, copies of your home movies, and photograph negatives and put them in a safety deposit box.?  If you??™d prefer not to get a safety deposit box, send a copy of the photo CD??™s, home movies, and photographs to someone you trust that lives in a different area or state.
