Ms Mamta Bhargava is a Fellow Member of the Institute of
Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate from University of Delhi. She
has authored several books vis., “Concise Commentary on Companies Act with
Ready Reckoner”, “Company Law Procedures with Documentations”,“Guide
to Companies Act”,“Circulars and Clarifications on Corporate Laws”,
“Compliances and Procedures under SEBI Law”..
She is on the Advisory Board of “Corporate Law Adviser”
a more than decade old renowned Corporate Law Magazine .She is also associated

EDITOR
Shri. T.V. Narayanaswamy is a Fellow Member of the Institute
of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Member of the Institute of Internal
Auditors (USA). He started his career in the year 1963 and today he is having
over 40 years of Secretarial Experience.
He is an eminent personality in the field
of Corporate Laws and is actively involved with ICSI in various academic
endeavors. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Chartered Secretary
magazine of ICSI and is also a member of the core group and was a member of
the Secretarial Standards Board of ICSI. He has also been a member of the
Company Law Committee of FICCI and Punjab Chamber. He is a regular contributor
of articles in leading law magazines. He is also associated with leading
Industrial groups and Government Companies as a consultant.
