A wretched soul, bruised with adversity,
We bid be quiet when we hear it cry;
But were we burdened with like weight of pain,
As much or more we should ourselves complain.

William Shakespeare.

However, here I am with a really simple but delicious recipe of which I am making my family this evening so I hope you enjoy it. I hope you are all well and I will get back to more regular postings just as soon as I can, thanks for your patience, regards, Martin.
