Dear Subscriber,
Welcome to the new issue of Zinester Publisher
News!
In this issue of our newsletter we want to show you how to avoid the main problem
ezine publishers face today - spam filters!
Nowadays many ISPs have implemented filtering software that examines email for
certain "triggers" - certain phrases, formatting or aggressive writing
styles. The problem is that the filters become so sensitive that newsletters and ezines
are likely not to get through to the subscriber.
It means that you have to take great care now preparing your
newsletter. Otherwise your publishing efforts could be wasted as the
spam-filters will block it wrongly.
What can you do about it?
The main thing you can do is to carefully avoid (in the subject and
the body of the newsletter) all words that are likely to trigger
anti-spam filters.
Here are listed the most common "trigger" words and phrases that you may be using:

Zinester would like to announce the release of SpamCheck Option!
One of the most popular filter programs today is
SpamAssassin and we have
incorporated its rules into our SpamCheck Option. So before you send your newsletter to
subscribers, do a check to see if you need to change any part of it.
The SpamCheck report will tell you exactly which words are costing you points.
Usually you should be concerned only if your score is more then 5 points, in this case you can either delete those words
or replace them.
