Resolved: I Choose To Feel Good!
So often when we set life goals or make New Year's resolutions, they are around either Big Things We Want or Big Things We Must FIX. I propose you join with me in a different kind of personal FOCUS for 2006: 'I Choose To Feel Good!'

Animal Talk
Do you love animals, too? My daughter Rebecca has launched a new website called Animal Talk at http://www.AnimalTalk.us. She is publishing funny animal pictures, animal jokes, and animal stories and poems. It would be terrific if you would stop by, enjoy what she's posted, subscribe to her free newsletter, and tell ALL your animal-loving friends!

Stay Bundled Up to Avoid the Common Cold
Becoming chilled may lead to catching a common cold a few days later, according to Family Practice (2005;22:608*13).

EFT Shortcut for School Children
Mary Stafford, who is very dedicated to getting EFT into the school system, outlines a very simple EFT shortcut tapping sequence that has proven to calm down classrooms and enhance test scores. Please know that there are likely many such tapping sequences that would be effective, including the regular EFT shortcut. The important thing is that the children start tapping on the meridian system. Its results are impressive.

Successfully Using EFT for Diabetes with Michael
I've seen up close the effect of chronic adult-onset diabetes on the human body. My father has suffered greatly from it, including having a leg amputated. At a seminar with Dr. Mercola and Gary Craig in Chicago a couple of years ago, I remember Dr. Mercola saying that you can inform patients fully, you can even try to scare them with all the consequences, but there is not much use to traditional interventions for diabetes unless you deal with the emotional causes. With EFT it is at least possible to address the inner tension that keeps people from exercises and leads them to continue to self-abuse foods that cause severe imbalances within an already chronically stressed system.

The Pounds Flew Off Me
Carol Look is a specialist in weight loss with EFT. Here she interviews and reports on Jane's results from persistent tapping using EFT and borrowing benefits from Carol's DVD in the Specialty Series 1 DVD set from Gary Craig. She has lost 51 pounds and kept it off for more than a year.

Healing Pre-Birth and Childhood Issues with EFT
Do the energetics that exist at the time of our conception, gestation, and birth have an effect on our emotional balance and beliefs years later? I can tell you from working with several clients over the past year that pre-birth and birth stories can represent fertile ground for tapping with EFT.

Carol Look - EFT & Attracting Abundance
EFT master Carol Look is offering a new Attracting Abundance Package for 2006. It includes Carol's e-book with audios (the foundational course in attracting abundance with EFT), monthly live teleclasses, recorded teleclasses, and weekly recorded audios with tapping sessions. I strongly encouraged Carol to offer this package so that all of us could have regular, weekly coaching at an affordable price on the many issues that arise around money, debt, marketing yourself, and feeling totally worthy of being blessed by the Universe.

How We Think and Talk About Debt
Our language to ourselves and others reflects our energetic relationship with a subject. We cannot use an expression like 'enormous debt' and not feel strained. In this dialogue with Abraham-Hicks, the questioner is walked through a process of choosing language that feels better (and that provides relief) around her 'truth' that she has enormous debt.

Arguments Dramatically Slow Wound Healing
Arguments with those we love not only hurt in the moment they occur, but they also have long-lasting impacts on our health and well-being. Here in this study, we see measurable changes in the healing of skin ulcers when people argue for just 30 minutes. For those where there is even more hostility in general, wound healing is delayed even further.

The Power and Gift of Being Sensitive
Rue Haas has written a book called This is Where I Stand: the Power and Gift of Being Sensitive ($24.95) which combines information about the Idealist-Healer / highly sensitive temperament with using EFT for healing the issues that arise. Have you ever heard (or said about someone else): "Oh, you are just too sensitive!", "You take things so hard!", "Just let it roll off your back.", "Why can't you just let it go!", And maybe even, "What's wrong with you? You are such a cry baby!" You have probably thought they were right - there must be something wrong! Being sensitive is an actual emotional temperament. Rue believes it is the kind of awareness that can save the world.
