Hi, I just finished the The Mayor's Wife Wore Sapphires and it was quite a read! It captured me on the first page and I was pretty upset when I was in the middle of the climax and my lunch hour ended. It was great to read a book about a heroine who was trying to accomplish something, and with a little help, crushed all obstacles in her way.
