I got excited and rushed the Cush City New Author Award information out for                 you to vote for me, but I didn't tell you where to vote. Sorry!

Now here goes:  go to cushcity.com. 
When you reach the homepage, you see in the upper left corner an item called                    New Author Award.  Click on that and it will give you an e-mail directed to them.                In the subject line of the e-mail, write:  Martha Tucker--Best New Author Award.

In the body of the e-mail write the following:  The Mayor's Wife Wore Sapphires

                                                                     write your e-mail.

Please do it now. I had one vote and I've already shot my wad.  Don't let me

turn up with only ten nominations.  The winner will have the most nominations.

 relationship with over 500 Black bookclubs nationally.
