Thanks to all of you who joined our March Balance Teleforum (Do Nice Girls Finish Last?).
 
We had a good discussion about the distinction between being "nice" and being a "pushover."  We reviewed five scenarios showcasing "nice" and "too nice" and identified ways in which we can use our authenticity to our advantage as long as we maintain and enforce our boundaries.

We will also cover the challenges women face when they assume leadership positions and how negotiation skills help them to meet those challenges.
