Beefing Up My Beef Crockpot Recipe List
Three new recipes to add to my beef crock pot recipe list:
Chili Mac - Great for those who love 'hamburger helper', it's the homemade slow cooker version.
Italian Steak Rollups - These take a little more preparation time, but are still easy and so delicious.
Beef Curry - Adapted from my sister in law's recipe, who is a dear friend, my daughter's godmother, and probably the best cook I know.

'Natalie' Unveiled
I added three new beef recipes today because looking at the recipes on my site, it's pretty clear that you can see right through me! I'll bet you can guess that I like chicken. You also probably know that I like garlic, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Italian and Mexican (or rather Tex-Mex) are my favorite cuisines, although I do like Thai and Japanese as well.

So why am I bringing this up? Because from now on I pledge to add variety to my recipes and not cook the same things again and again. After all, you searched the internet and happened upon my site because you were looking for something new to cook, right?
