BROTHERS AND SISTERS!! This week we have a relatively light load. Only three shows, and two are at the same place! Thursday we are back at The Inn for another installment in what is one of our best summer gigs. We are there every Thursday and it is ladies' night, which means the ladies get in free. On Friday and Saturday we are off to Captain Nick's in Block Island, RI for two nights of insanity. Full details are as follows: Thursday, August 3rd at: The Inn 943 W. The Green Room was amazing. I was excited to discover a zeppole place and a raw bar right on the boardwalk outside. A little TOO excited, I guess, as I had a zeppole with powdered sugar and half a dozen raw oysters with hot sauce, cocktail sauce and a whole mess or horseradish and lemon not 5 minutes before we went on, then proceeded to jump around like a maniac for an hour. It made for some interesting gastronomical events. The Inn was better than ever (and that means GOOD) and The Sea Shell was a blast. Shame we aren't there more this summer. Oh, and The Gypsy Bar at the Borgata: for a Wednesday night, you people really know how to par-tay with a capital D.
