BROTHERS AND SISTERS! Yes, it is another one of those "three shows in three states" kind of weekends. We are getting to be intimately acquainted with roads, back roads, highways, low ways, and every other way of travel and summer isn't even here yet. Thursday is our solo gig at The Borgata Gypsy Bar as part of the TICKET TO STARDOM competition. The way it works is 12 bands are competing, and the winner gets to open for a national act at the Borgata in one of the "big" rooms. If you're free Thursday and can come on down to support the Amish, we sure would appreciate it. On Friday we are back at Vintage, one of our favorite clubs and one of the first to embrace us. The folks at Vintage are as good as they come. Saturday is our second appearance at The Works in Wyomissing, PA. The Works is an animal all unto itself. Part arcade, part bar, part club... think of it as Dave and Buster's on steroids (the good kind, not the kind that make women hairy or make men grow breasts). Promises to be a great weekend, and if it breaks its promise, we shall break a foot off in its no-no.
