BROTHERS AND SISTERS!! Halloween is just about here. We have some BIG plans for our Halloween costumes. That will have new meaning when you see it. This week we have three delightful shows, starting at The Red Lion in NYC on Thursday. The Red Lion is by far one of the coolest clubs we play: intimate, a great spot in NYC with food everywhere, and we play from around 10 PM to 1 AM or so. Then we go to the Sam's Falafel House place right up the block where the food is good, cheap, and the hot sauce is kicking. Friday we are back at The Bent Elbo in Fort Washington, PA. I've gone on and on about the Supreme Filet Sandwich at the Bent Elbo, but I seldom talk about the club itself (priorities, I know). The Bent Elbo has the most character of any club we've been to. A stage that used to be a huge fireplace. A bar that is like a catwalk. People that are so into the music, it feels like you are playing an arena. Saturday we are in PA again at The Works in Wyomissing, PA for the HALLOWEEN HOE-DOWN! The Works has trips to Cancun and Jamaica to give away to the best costume, plus there are all kinds of drink specials, so come in gear and with your party-pants on! The Works is not just a club, but a great restaurant and HUGE arcade. Everything a growing boy or girl needs! Now, we realize this nice young lady is actually dressed up as Raggedy Anne, but she was JUST clown enough to make him a little nervous. Amos said she was very nice and sweet, but I think you can see the hint of fear in his eyes.)
