This is happening under the guise of "Protecting The People" but we know it's happening because the pharmaceutical industry loses billions of dollars yearly when we choose healthy alternatives to their chemical health deteriorating drugs! We have the right to choose the alternative that has an 85% to 99% cure rate, where traditional medical treatments have a 40% to 50% rate of helping, 99% chance of further health deterioration and 0% chance of curing! The aim of this bill: to take control of the $5-billion-a-year American vitamin market, but other effects almost certain to follow would be: * Growing and selling common garden herbs could possibly get you arrested as a drug dealer! * Massage oils and handheld massagers will be regulated as "medical devices" requiring you to see a doctor to get a prescription! * Vegetable juice can then be regulated as a drug and require a written prescription! (Yes, I know this sounds far out but if you read the wording of the "Guidance" is possible!) * Weight machines will then be regulated as "medical devices" and require FDA approval before being sold or used and a prescription for you to purchase! * Raw sprouts and other natural anti-cancer foods will be regulated as drugs! * Bottled water labeled to "treat" dehydration could be regulated as a drug! * Massage therapists who use hot rocks as part of their therapy will have the ROCKS regulated as medical devices! (It's true. The FDA will could actually look at a pile of rocks and declare, "Those are medical devices!") * Colonic Clinics will be CLOSED as an unnatural and unnecessary treatment and done away with or the proprietor will be arrested for practicing medicine without a license if they fail to comply! Simply because it isn't sanctioned by the FDA! * Healthy Foods, supplements, vitamins and homeopathic remedies could disappear from store shelves, pending FDA "review." * Health Food Store owners who carry Vitamins and herbal supplements will be arrested and prosecuted for "practicing medicine without a license."
