Josalyn asks: "I am a 49 year old female with very bad bones, I have had two knee operations, a shoulder surgery along with a multiple other broken bones. Last year I was told all my problems stem from osteoporosis, I did try some of their prescribed bone building drugs that just made me sick and did not help the pain. I am not taking anything right now. I fear more breaks and have pain every day but I won't take the drugs that I know will kill me so one way or the other I'm doomed unless you can help?
