BBQ BEEF IN A CROCKPOT 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef or roast, cut in cubes 1 1/2 lbs. pork cubes or country ribs, boneless 2 cups chopped onions 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsps. salt 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard Put all ingredients in a crock pot on HIGH for 8 hours. At the end of 8 hours, take a potato masher and blend the meat together. Serve on buns. ***************************************** SOUR CREAM CHILI BAKE 1 pound Ground beef 1 can Pinto beans, drained (15 oz) 1 can Enchilada sauce (10 oz) 1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz) 1 cup Shredded cheddar or american cheese 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 cup Water 4 cups Corn chips 1 cup Sour cream 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar or American cheese Brown ground beef; drain. Transfer meat to crock pot. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of cheese, onion and 1 cup of water. Reserve 1 cup of corn chips; crush the remaining chips and add to the meat mixture. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
