Wonder what Georgette has cooked up this year? I'm scared to find out! ***************************************** Members Submitted Recipes Ratings: Angelic Pineapple Coconut Cake-Rated 5 We appreciate everyone who posts their recipes, and everyone who takes the time to rate them! ***************************************** Member's Submitted Recipe Jim`s country style pork ribs Ingredients 6 country style pork ribs 1 46oz can pineapple juice 1 bottle bar-b-que sauce or your own favorite Directions 1. trim excess fat from ribs. 2. in a lg. stock pot boil ribs in the juice for 1 hour. 3. drain juice. place on a cookie sheet and baste with sauce. 4. put in broiler and broil for 2 1/2 minutes then, do the other side the same way. 5. take out of oven and baste a third time and let set for 5 minutes. 6. you are now ready to serve...( I like to serve with a potato salad) ...enjoy..
