Please post it at: http://www.cajuncookingrecipes.com/index.php Post Recipes To Rate We appreciate everyone who posts their recipes, and everyone who takes the time to rate them! ***************************************** Today's Recipe: Kielbasa and potato skillet 5 medium potatoes 1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth 1 Tbls chopped garlic salt and pepper to taste 2 lbs kielbasa 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup Peel and thinly slice potatoes and place in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Pour water over potatoes and sprinkle garlic and salt and pepper over all. Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for about 10 minutes or till potatoes are almost soft. Slice kielbasa into 3/4" pieces and add to potatoes and mix together. Cook over medium heat till kielbasa is mostly cooked, about 10 minutes. Add can of cheese soup and stir to mix. Cook for additional 5 minutes till heated through. Serve.
