Please post it at: http://www.cajuncookingrecipes.com/index.php Post Recipes To Rate We appreciate everyone who posts their recipes, and everyone who takes the time to rate them! ***************************************** Members Submitted Recipe: Fresh Tomatoes with Spaghetti-Submitted by Lil Debbie-Thanks 1/3 cup light olive oil 6 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil, torn Salt and pepper 1 pound linguine pasta pecorino romano cheese Mix olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and set aside to blend flavors. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain pasta, toss with the tomatoes and cheese, and serve immediately!
