Everyone have fun, and be safe tonight! If you are stuck for last minute Halloween recipes, we have the recipes posted at our website and at the message board! http://www.cajuncookingrecipes.com/halloween/hallowee.htm Halloween Recipes ***************************************** Today's Recipe: Pumpkin Crunch 2 (8 ounce) cans of pumpkin pie filling 1 box spice cake mix 1 cup chopped nuts 2 sticks butter ot margarine, melted In greased and floured 9 by 11 pan pour the 2 cans of pie filling. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the filling. Sprinkle on the nuts and then pour melted butter evenly over the nuts. Bake at 325* for 70- 75 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powered sugar.
