We hope you had a great weekend! ***************************************** Members submitted recipes ratings: Cajun Spicy Shrimp Dip (Not Yet Rated) Chile De Arbol Salsa (Not Yet Rated) Please Help Us Rate These At: http://www.cajuncookingrecipes.com/index.php Rate This Recipe! ***************************************** Today's Recipe This chocolate cake is delicious, easy to make and less sweet than other recipes due to the buttermilk! 5 Tablespoons Cocoa 1 Teaspoon salt 1 stick butter 1 cup water 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. In a sauce pan put butter, water, cocoa, oil and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Put in greased and floured pan. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Frosting 1 stick butter 1/3 cup milk 5 tablespoons cocoa Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 cup walnuts and 1 box powdered sugar. Frost cake right out of the oven.
