We hope you had a great holiday! ***************************************** Vitamins, Minerals, Weight Loss Products,Gift Baskets and more from a company in business since 1976! http://www.internationalvitaminpower.com?af=187231 Vitamins, Minerals, and more! ***************************************** Today's Recipes: (Leftover Turkey Recipes) Turkey Rice Casserole Ingredients: 2 1/2 to 3 cups cooked rice 1/4 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon curry powder 2 cups diced cooked turkey 6 pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup cornflake crumbs or other crumb topping Preparation: Combine cooked rice, curry powder, chopped onion; put in a shallow baking dish. Top rice mixture with diced turkey and sprinkle with olives. Mix soup with milk, pour over turkey. Sprinkle cheese and cornflake crumbs over top. Bake at 350?° for 30 minutes. Serves 6. Curried Turkey Salad 4 cups coarsely chopped cooked turkey, white meat 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and diced 1 pound seedless green grapes, halved 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted and divided 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder 1 tablespoon soy sauce lettuce leaves 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained In a mixing bowl, mix turkey, water chestnuts, grapes, celery, and 1 1/2 cups almonds. In a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise with the curry and soy sauce; combine with turkey mixture. Chill for several hours. Serve on lettuce garnished with the remaining almonds and pineapple chunks.
