Hi y'all! You know what they say about the weather in Louisiana? She is very addicted to chocolate! CHOCOLATE DROPS 6 eggs 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar 3 C. sifted flour 4 T. cocoa 1 T. ground cinnamon 1/2 T. ground nutmeg 1/4 T. ground cloves Beat eggs for 10 minutes. Add sugar and beat for 10 minutes more. Fold in flour, cocoa and spices, stirring well. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and let stand at room temperature overnight. Bake in the morning at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
