Requests From Readers, Can You Please Try And Help Them Out?

Posted by ChiliRob at the message board under "Request Recipes":
"I'm looking for a recipe for Rum Cake, with alot of rum in it. A few
years ago a West Indian friend of mine gave me some her mom made and
it was absolutly delightful, but I've not been able to get the recipe
for it. But I can tell you this ... there was ALOT of rum in it
So if anyone has something that fits the bill, please share! I've
come up with nothing with my limited searching on the internet, most
recipes say like to use 1 cup of rum and they think that's too much,
blah blah blah".

his mother remembered he had already spent all his allowance money.
Surprised, she asked him where he got it.

"I bought it at the store with the dollar you gave me," he said.

"But that dollar was for Sunday School," his mother replied...
