Don't Miss Out! ***************************************** Today's Recipe: Garden Turkey Burgers (Good For That Lefover Turkey!) 1 Egg White 1/4 c Fine dry bread Crumbs 1/4 c Finely shredded Carrot 1/4 c Finely chopped Onion 1/4 c Finely chopped Green Pepper 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 2 tb Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 lb Ground Turkey 1 Med Tomato, sliced In a large bowl combine egg white and bread crumbs. Stir in carrot, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese and ground meat; mix well. Shape meat mixture into four 3/4" thick patties. Spray a cold grill rack with Pam. Then place rack on grill. Grill burgers on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 7 minutes. Turn and grill 8-11 minutes or till no pink remains. Place 1 tomato slice atop each burger and grill 1 minute more.
