What's Cooking:  Grilled Pizza Wraps for Kids

2 Tbsp. butter, softened
8 (10-inch)tortillas
1 (16 oz.)shredded monterey Jack cheese blend
1/2 C pizza sauce
sliced pepperoni

Heat skillet over med-low heat. Spread butter on one side of a tortilla and put butter
side down in the skillet. Spoon a tablespoon of sauce onto half of the tortilla. Sprinkle
1/2 C. of cheese over the sauce, and top with pepperoni.
Fold in half and cook til golden on each side.
