Stir until it makes 1 large clump and pulls away from sides. Take out and knead for 1 minute. Food flavoring can also be added, peppermint, etc. (Doubling the recipe works out fine.) Store in an airtight container. I was noticing all the newspapers my dh gets and has laying around. I hate them. They are one of the biggest sources of clutter in our home. I'm not totally in the clear either; I get a lot of magazines. I tripped over two bouncy balls and a squirt gun on my way to the computer. http://mommysavers.com/boards/simple-living/38482-what-biggest-clutter-culprits-your-home.html For all our Frugal/Simple Living forums: http://mommysavers.com/boards/simple-living/ ------------------------------ What's Cooking: Overnight Bagel Bake 1/2 lb bacon, diced 1/2 c chopped onion 3 plain bagels 1 c shredded sharp cheddar 12 eggs, beaten 2 c milk 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese Brown bacon, drain, and set aside. Slice each bagel into 4 thin slices. Arrange 6 bagel slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with the bacon and onion mixture, followed by the cheddar cheese. Top with remaining bagel slices. Whisk together the eggs, milk, parsley, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bagel layers. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven 400. Uncover the chilled bagel dish, and bake 25 to 30 minutes,til eggs are firm.
