I let this sit at least overnight, and then wash. It has removed every stain that I have come across. Because it is not a bleaching compound, this can be used on colored clothes as well. -- Andrea from SD Laundry I have three girls that are close in age and sorting all the socks can be tricky. We have many white socks and so we color code the bottoms with a permanent marker. A blue dot for my oldest,a green dot for the middle, and a red dot for my youngest. You could even get creative and make smiley faces or initials. The colors make it easy for them to sort, too! -- Donna, 36, from GA Shopping Ok I'm not a mother, but I have a good tip for shopping at Walmart. If the check out stands are really crowded with long lines, check to see if the electronics department has its own cash register. If it does and you have 10 or less items, ask to purchase them there and usually they'll let you. Now you don't have to wait those long lines at the main registers at the front of the store! I usually do that and at the most I've only waited in a line with three people. Often there's no line or wait. Sometimes I have to look for the electronics sales person to ring my items up but that's usually not a big deal. -- Cliff, 26, from CA We need YOUR tips for our newsletter! That way, onesie, outfit, and socks are grabbed quickly! Also, I have 5 changes of unisex clothes in ziplock bags pre-packed in their daycare diaper bag--if a change is needed for either the boy or girl, an entire outfit is available. The number cuts down on how many times I week I have to remember to bring extra clothes. I learned this tip from my triplet friend mom. When going out with young kids, take a portable potty wrapped with a plastic bag and kitty litter inside it. If and when the deed is done, simply pull the plastic bag out and throw away. -- Kim, 32, from UT I have 2 year old twins. Bathing them alone when they were smaller was a challenge. Rather than purchase two pricey bathing seats for the tub, I used two inexpensive plastic laundry baskets. I put one baby in each basket and the two laundry baskets fit easily in the tub (one behind the other). It kept them and the water more contained. Since they sat in a smaller amount of water, it was less dangerous. Now they have graduated to the whole tub and I use the laundry baskets for laundry. -- Heather, 35, from NJ To read more tips, click here: http://www.mommysavers.com/Articles/tips_for_multiples.htm ----------------------------- What's Cookin': My Favorite Ground Beef Casserole 1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 c. shredded cabbage 1 can condensed tomato soup salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain beef mixture. Spread cabbage on bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup with ground beef mixture. Season to taste. Spoon over cabbage. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 mins. or until cheese melts. Enjoy! -- Sandra from Pembroke Pines, FL We need YOUR recipes for our newsletter! I mean come on! They are going to get dirty! -- Wanda, 35, from TX A Spongebob short set from Kohls. The afternoon snack that is the BIGGEST hit with the kids is cinnamon and sugar tortillas. I just buy one package of flour tortillas. I buy the BIG ones to feed about 20 kids, but you can make as little or as many as you want! I cut them up like a pizza then lay them on my pizza stone or cookie sheet. Spray with Pam (I actually use Butter Flavor Crisco Spray) then sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar. Put in preheated 400 degree oven for about 7 minutes (give or take 2 minutes - just pull them out when they are golden brown). We like to use Applesauce as you would a salsa. Healthy, easy, and you can make as little or as many as you want! -- Tricia, 31, from WI We need YOUR tips for our newsletter!
