Frugal Family Fun: Letterboxing
Letterboxing is like a treasure hunt.
You make a little 'box' (we use a Rubbermaid container) with a small
notebook, a pen, an ink pad, and a rubber stamp of your choice. Then you
hunt down a 'letterbox'...a box hidden with the same items. Once you find
the letterbox, you use the stamp in the letterbox to stamp a page in your
notebook and write the date, location, etc. Then you use your stamp to stamp
a page in their notebook and write a little note...who you are, the date,
etc. Then you leave their box hidden where you found it for the next person.

Make Double Batches I make
double batches of meals to freeze and use later. Most commonly:
lasagna, sloppy Joe mixture, chili, soups, meatloaf (4 at a time), anything
we grill (if you grill something, then freeze it and later warm it in the
microwave, it tastes like it just came off the grill). I also make
freezer dinners for my 6 year old, When my husband and I something he
doesn't eat, or we have a babysitter, we can pull one out for him.--

Green Cleaners: Stovetop Cleaner
I sprinkle baking soda over the area and wipe with a damp microfiber cloth.
Squeeze all the excess water out so you don't water the baking soda down too
much. I have a cloth that I only use for the stove so it only has baking
soda on it. If I have a heavy spill, I use the plastic scraper too.
