the TIme to Get Your Basil
Now is the time to stock up on basil plants. I got these at Walmart on
Sunday for $1.98 each. Each plant has more basil than if I were to buy
it pre-packaged in the grocery store! Plus, it will keep growing all
summer. I just take cuttings as needed. Basil is great for
making fresh bruschetta, pesto, and using in pasta salads.

More ways to save: Walk as much as possible. Take
unnecessary stuff out of your car. Take your car in for regular maintenance
(make sure air filters are clean). Plan errands for one day or when you are
already out and about. Check to make sure your tires are properly inflated.

for Vinegar Clean hard
water and lime stains off a showerhead by boiling the showerhead in 1 part
vinegar and 1 part water. Or, tie a bag filled with white vinegar around the
faucet/showerhead for overnight. -- Member HAPPY2BAMOM
I have little tiny ants for the first time and I have tried vinegar and new
ones keep coming in. I spray everywhere I see the ants. I leave it there to
dry and a little while longer here come more ants. I am using straight
