Money/Time Saving Ideas:

Air Fresheners
If I run out of air freshner or need to freshen my house before I recieve
company, I recycle my plug-ins. Get an old pot, add water, your plug-ins and
let it sit on the stove and simmer.  You'll get instant smell throughtout
the house!  -- Raven, 26, from GA

After-Christmas Bargains
With the after Christmas sales on Hershey kisses, separate the colors.  Red
can be used for Valentine's Day, Green for St. Patrick's Day. -- Kim, 43,
from MI

Eating Out
The most valuable tip I have learned since moving to LA is to go out "on the
town" during the day. For example, there are a lot of day time theatre and
movie matinees and  restaurant lunch menus are generally $2-$5 cheaper than
dinner. My boyfriend and I have at least $25-$30 a date by just changing our
"date nights" into afternoon outings. Another tip is to meet people for
coffee and dessert in the evenings and to avoid the bar! (food is cheap, but
the drinks can be outrageously priced!)-- Alaina, 30, from CA

What's Cookin':  Baked Chicken Breasts

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices swiss cheese (mozzarella works well too)
2 cans cream of chicken soup with herbs
1 soup can of milk (can add more if you want more gravy)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of melted butter
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breast in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Season with black pepper to taste. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of
cheese. Mix together the soup and the milk and pour over the top of the chicken.
Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over top of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes
more or until cheese is melted and nicely browned.

Note: The gravy is awsome with mashed potatoes or rice. Yummy! Enjoy!

Real Moms:  Organization

Everytime you leave a room take something with you that needs to be put
away. That way at the end of the day you don't have a pile of things that
need put away. -- Kara, 24, from OH

Throw junk mail out as soon as you get it. Magazines and newspapers are out
within a week. I could do a lot better in this area, I just don't have as
much storage space as I need! -- Stacey, 32, from IN

I keep a basket in our living so when my children lug out their toys from
their room at the end of the day I throw all their toys in it and throughout
the week I put their toys back in their rooms. -- Jennifer, 24, from CA
