Red can be used for Valentine's Day, Green for St. Patrick's Day. -- Kim, 43, from MI Eating Out The most valuable tip I have learned since moving to LA is to go out "on the town" during the day. For example, there are a lot of day time theatre and movie matinees and restaurant lunch menus are generally $2-$5 cheaper than dinner. My boyfriend and I have at least $25-$30 a date by just changing our "date nights" into afternoon outings. Another tip is to meet people for coffee and dessert in the evenings and to avoid the bar! (food is cheap, but the drinks can be outrageously priced!)-- Alaina, 30, from CA We need YOUR tips for our newsletter! Place chicken breast in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with black pepper to taste. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of cheese. Mix together the soup and the milk and pour over the top of the chicken. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes more or until cheese is melted and nicely browned. Note: The gravy is awsome with mashed potatoes or rice. Yummy! Enjoy!
