When drinking out of bottles of water, juice, soda, etc., everyone picks their color elastic which is slipped around their drink. Now everyone remembers which item is theirs. No more half bottles/cartons being wasted because the owner couldn't remember which one was theirs. It's easy to slip the band on your wrist between drinks or to remove them when it is finished. You might want to use illustrations from one book or from several in a theme. They can be combined in a collage or matted and framed. If you don't want to tear up garage sale books for the illustrations, photocopy them on a color copier. Mixture will be soft. Shape into balls and freeze. Store in bags until ready to cook. Sauce (this is the best part!!) 2 C catsup 1 C brown sugar 1/2 tsp liquid smoke 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 c chopped onion Mix all ingredients together. Place meatballs in a 9x13 inch pan. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This sauce sticks to the meatballs and the recipe makes two pans full. This is a family favorite. Monday was laundry, Tuesday was vaccuum upstairs and down, Wednesday was dust upstairs and down and Thursday was clean the bathrooms. For Friday, I made up a job bag with all of those jobs that you never want to do, ie: Clean out the closet, wash windows, clean ceiling fans and light fixtures, etc. Friday morning I would pull the "job for the day".
