Myfishbites Fresh Bites - December 2007

Christmas Day 2007 and we wanted to send you a Christmas newsletter to encourage and to know that we appreciate and love you all. Whoever, wherever.. May God be with you in a peace-filled and powerful way. As we put God first, may his promises and his truth be known by you and be true for others you connect with. I pray for you and your youth ministries, young people.. May God bless you, enlarge your territory, may his hand be on you and keep you from evil. Amen!!!

: : Thank You from myfishbites : :

Over this Holiday Season, we just want to say 2 things to you. Firstly, thank you so much for your support of Myfishbites and on-going visits to the site. We put up quite a few pieces of Christmas content which may be useful next year! We will continue to update the site and provide quality resources for you, for the different times and seasons of the year :)

Secondly, this is a time of year where my heart is for the broken, the lost, the lonely, the victims, orphans, widows, the needy and the heart-broken. Whatever you do this Christmas, remember that Jesus was born into the world to bring hope and restoration. His appeal was to the poor and marginalised (the shepherds) and to the wise and rich (the Magi) and that is still true today. This Holiday Season, please ask God if there are any ways you can help those around you.

2008 in the UK is a year of mission - Hope 2008. There are many prayer events at Cathedrals and large churches across our nation on New Year's Eve. Instead of simply partying, why not put God first right at the start of 2008 and pray to open the eyes of our nations to his message of truth and hope. If you're in Exeter, see you at the Cathedral from 11pm. Otherwise, make enquiries about prayer events in your area.

Have a God-filled holiday time and new year.
