( International ) http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?B=13038&U=4538&M=3907 Another great card site... http://www.jdoqocy.com/click-1521219-10402416 --() ()O() -()\ ----\ Irish Potato Soup 2 tbsp butter 1 Tsp.garlic 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 stalk diced celery 6 cups boiled diced potatoes 32 ounces beer 1 tbsp sugar 1 Ttbsp chicken boullion 64 oz. chicken stock Few tbsp flour to thicken 4 cups cream salt & pepper to taste Saute garlic in butter for 1 minute, add vegetables & saute for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Add potatoes & beer & bring to a boil. Mash potatoes against sides of pot. Add sugar, stock, boullion & salt & pepper. Add flour & stir until thickened. Add cream, & stir. Serve with a few small slices of green chives on top. Mix well. Rub meat with salt, pepper & butter. Pour cider or water into 3 -quart casserole dish. Place meat along edges of dish. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter, sugar, cream, corn syrup, & vanilla until light & fluffy. Stir in the flour, oatmeal, & salt. Beat together until a soft dough forms. Turn the dough out onto waxed paper, shape into a ball, & chill for 30 minutes. Shape the dough into approximately 12 one tablespoon balls. Place 3 balls on the baking sheet & flatten with your palm. Bake until golden brown & "lacy," about 10 minutes. Cool for at least 2 minutes before removing with a spatula (cookies are delicate & must harden slightly before being removed). Repeat, 3 cookies at a time.
