Here are some Kitchen Fun ideas from some of you:) Well, I'm just givin you MY kitchen fun today! hehe I have a pork roast in the oven. It is surrounded with: Turnip, carrots, potatoes, onions, green pepper, juniper berries, sliced tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, brown rice, & sea salt & black pepper to taste. If you want to make this...start your roast (thawed or fresh). Add S & P, juniper berries & a little olive oil & water. Bake at 350 for an hour or so. Add green pepper, onions, turnip, carrots, & check if you need more salt. You may need to add a little water at this point as well. I cut my roast in the middles & stuffed the onions inside. Bake another hour or so, then add your potatoes, brown rice, corn, broccoli & cailiflower. Bake again for 45-60 minutes or until everything is done. You got it...I like to COOK in MY kitchen!
