In a small roasting pan combine the noodles, cereal, cashews & coconut. Sprinkle on the curry powder & ginger, then the butter & soy sauce. Mix well. Cover the pan & bake for approximately 2 hours, until lightly browned. Uncover the pan for the last 30 to 40 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
