Hello everyone... I am writing to ask you to please pray for Kyle. He woke up this morning having a seizure & could not see. He had a second one after Kay called an ambulance. She called me as they arrived & called me right back, because he had another one during those couple of minutes. His breathing pretty much stops when he is having it. He has been taken to OSU Jackson for now, because it is the nearest hospital. We don't know what to expect from there. I will update you if matters get worse. If he stabilizes, I will update you the next news that we send out. We so appreciate that you are there & we do know that you will pray. Below is the writeup Kay did last night. We were going to send you this, not sure if she did, so I will leave it here for now. Thank you & God Bless you all! Love from Patsy & Kay Today is Dec 2/05 Kyle ( my hubby) has been home from the hospital since Nov 14th. Kyle is doing great. He went from requiring tube feeding, alot of nausia ( daily) & not eating enough to sustain a 2-3 year old (daily) TO: No tube feeding since he came home because he is eating at least 2 good meals a day, most times 3, and has only been nauseated 1-2 times since he came home. Being home definately agrees with him and its just what he needed to keep getting better and better. We are using a walker most times at home but when he goes out we are using a wheel chair until his therapy increases his endurance and steadiness on his feet. Kyle is having therapy 2-3 days a week ( 3 diff kinds of therapy) and of course dialysis continues 3 days a week. We struggle daily with new ideas, issues, worries but we sure are glad Kyle is at home with us. It was/still is a big adjustment for all of us. Each day we face new challenges. We all strive to work together to make it so not just one person is doing all the different things that need to be done daily. Our children are wonderful.....they are such a HUGE help I don't think we could do it without them ( I know I couldn't do it without them ) Thus far we have been blessed beyond our imagination ( which doesn't surprise me). It seems when an issue comes up or a problem needs to be solved the answers and solutions seem to come immediately behind the need. This is so wondeful as it has made life much more bearable and it keeps the worrying time down to a min. Thank you for all your love and prayers over the last few months and if you have time, continue to pray for Kyles recovery ( And our family), it is going to be a long challenging road ahead.
