I have truely enjoyed your sites and have followed you and your families trials and tribulations for many years. I have been going through alot of trials and tribulations myself, my husband is terminally ill last year he was given 6 months to 2 years. The way he was last Christmas I thought that He was going to leave us but with Gods hand he is still here. We lost our house and moved into an apartment, which I believe was a God send, my husband improved a great deal but now he is ill again. I'm not sure what the Lord has instore for both of us, but I know I will handle it. My life has been like the poem "Footprints in the Sand" when you see only one set of footprints I know the Lord is carrying me. I know he is with me always. There has been many times I wanted to quit but then I realize that I love life too much. I have had many trials in my life, I was divorced for 19 years,still loving this man for 12 of those 19 years raising two wonderful children by myself. They have grown into wonderful adults but they still have scars from the divorce. After 19 years I married my friends husband, she passed away with cancer and we had promised each other that we would watch over each others children and grand children, needless to say I didn't plan on a husband also, but am very greatful for this. He is very loving to me and very complimentary which has given me encouragement and joy. God knew that I need this. We have now been married for nine wonderful years.Three years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and have alot of pain and a few other problems with it, I feel that this has been a blessing. Through my pain, I have been able to handle my husbands illness and pain. My husband has severe pain and I now understand what he is going through even though my pain is not as severe. I hate seeing him this way and I wish I could help ease his pain but I can't. I didn't plan to write a book but I wanted you and Kay to know how much I love you and enjoy your e-mails. Of all the e-mails I get daily, I look forward to yours the most. Thank You. I know without a shadow of doubt, we will be with our husbands in eternity and I know that God is a very loving man and he loves us all. I know that he doesn't give us anything we can't handle. Then cut 1" strips crosswise. Paint the front and back of the strips green. When the paint is dry, staple the ends of the strips together to make the loops. Cut a 6" ring with a 3" diameter opening from the cardboard box. Cut small pieces of newspaper, about 2" x 1 1/2". Staple them to the outside edges of the ring. Paint both sides of the ring and newspaper green. When the paint is dry, "fringe" the newspaper, cutting from the outside edge to the inside. If you want, you can curl the edges by wrapping them around a pencil and holding for a minute. Glue the loops to the inside of the ring, like in the picture. Glue on pom poms. You can make a bow for your wreath out of a brown paper bag or newspaper. First, cut a strip of paper about 6" long and 2" wide. Paint both sides red. Staple the ends together to make a big loop. Then press the ends together with the other side of the loop to make an "8". Staple once in the middle. Cut another small strip of the bag or newspaper about 2" long and 1" wide.
