Now, on to this week's wisdom! One of the ways that I quit smoking almost two years ago, was I taught myself one simple fact. Everybody said that quitting smoking was Six Times Harder than quitting heroin! And, I, stupidly believed that statistic. So, I had pre-determined in my mind that it would take a miracle for me to quit smoking, especially since I had indulged in this "pleasure" for twenty years. I was taught to quit thinking as it was difficult. Instead, I decided to think that quitting smoking was as easy as getting out of bed in the morning. How many things have you taught yourself are "too hard" to do, or quit doing! Start thinking like this: I can do (or quit) __________________, because it's easy to do (or quit)! Others have done it, and I am just as good, OR BETTER, than they are, so I can do it, TOO! Once you pre-condition your mind this way, you will start being able to accomplish whatever you are attempting to do (or quit)! Now, go make yourself a SUCCESS!
