United flights from Chicago to Liberia

United Airlines announced that beginning in December there will be two weekly, non-stop flights to Liberia International Airport (LIR) from Chicago.

Currently, four airlines link Liberia with the United States non-stop, American flies from Miami, Delta from Atlanta, Continental from Houston, and US Airways from Charlotte, North Carolina

NOTE:

The $26.00 airport departure tax may now be paid with VISA credit or debit card.

Everyone (this includes infants) must have a valid passport to visit Costa Rica
