Take a Permanent Vacation When to comes to w.eight or "fat" wouldn't we all love to take a long a permanent vacation from dealing with it? It would be nice to never have issues with w.eight but, reality is that a vast majority of people have extra weight to contend with. There is no magical prescription to make it disappear overnight. If you want to get from point A to point B, point A being wherever you stand now with your w.eight and point B being where you want to be, there needs to be some plan in the middle for direction to get you from A to B. The reality of the situation is that you have some "travel time" between the 2 destinations and there will be some pit stops and detours along the way. If you have a concrete plan and some good navigation though, you may face less bumps. Things to consider for losing w.eight the right way: 1. What you eat - you need to make wise food choices which will take you closer to your goal and not farther from it. 2. Exercise - its just a fact, burning more calories than you consume will help you lose w.eight. Remember though that starvation d.iets will set you back even farther. Your body needs a minimum amount of proper nutrition to operate and function, so know those caloric number and eat accordingly. 3.Get yourself in check - stress, emotions and other issues facing you can play a major sabatoge on your plan to lose w.eight. Know your triggers and how they affect you and your choices. 4. Have a good understanding of your body composition - weight, measurements, fat %, BMI, just to name a few so you have a map of improvements to see how far you have come. 5. Get support. Don't let the green eyed monster sabatoge your efforts. Whether it be a trusted buddy who works out with you or getting the support of coaches, trainers, nutritionists etc. , gaining support to help you meet those goals and finding someone to help you remain accountable on the journey can get you to your destination with less detours.
