When Pacha opened, way back in 1973, in an old farmhouse just outside Ibiza town no one dreamt of what it would bring to the world. During the 70's and 80's, whilst Ibiza was widely unknown, Pacha played host to the rich and famous, who came to escape the press and party in the most outrageous manner.

Since then the club has become world renowned for it's stylish decor, cosmopolitan mix of people and quality of it's nights. Because of the success of this club there are now 70 different Pacha's around the world, and Pacha London is a jewel in the Pacha crown. For this special occasion Pacha are bringing over a selection of their world famous dancers and performers to wow the crowds.

For anyone who has been to Ibiza Pacha is always a special experience. Sarah Main & Pete Tong have just released a new Pure Pacha mix CD which was out on Monday.

Says Sarah of her CD,

"This mix is little bit more upbeat than the previous Pure Pacha album and has a stronger electro edge, but ever present is the underlying funk. I tried to choose tracks that I thought would really have an impact on the sound of summer 2006 and also showcased some brand new tracks off the up and coming Pacha Recordings label."

Warming up for this special event will be, Shuey Aurora resident for Promised, while upstairs in the funky room Promised with be delivering electronic minimal & dirty rhythms. This time, Promised welcomes Henrik Decato, flown in from Germany.

Henrik is a local star of the German scene. His 'Nu-Breed' records have been making waves within the German minimal techno scene and categorises as a distinctive ever-evolving fresh warmth to his live minimal sound. This sound has been proven to be very popular both within Germany and indeed Ibiza. We can't wait for him to bring this sound to Pacha London!
