HOW TO PREVENT BODY AGEING

Free radicals or the substances, causing oxidation, play main role in destruction of our body. Fortunately, the nature has supplied us with powerful antidote as various antioxidants - substances which interfere with oxidation. These substances neutralize action of potentially dangerous free radicals before they have time to destroy an alive cell. The human body is capable to make own antioxidants as special enzymes. Many natural antioxidants contain in some food and getting in our organism serve business of our rescue. Among them the greatest efficiency have beta-carotin (vitamin A), vitamin C, vitamin ?… and selenium. Besides for creation of own antioxidants our organism requires enough of zinc, copper and manganese. Antioxidants are natural healers of a body and can promote improvement of the damaged cells in process of ageing our organism.



SEX IS A MEDICINE AGAINST COLD

Researchers from University of Pennsylvania state have established, that people, who have regular sexual contacts one-two time a week, catch cold least of all other people. For the Russian person such revelation, certainly, is not a new thing. We always knew that "Health is in the order thanks to exercises".



CONTROL YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE

If you have raised blood pressure, and appropriate actions are not taken, the risk of heart attack, an insult and kidneys diseases increases. The pressure is higher, the more risk you have. But usually problems with pressure are easily diagnosed by using of devices for pressure measurement and successfully treated. The pressure increase (hypertension) promote set of factors - weight excess, excessive alcohol usage, inactive way of life, wrong way of nurture. Stress, various diseases and by-effects of some medicines usage. A simple habit which can be changed, - salt usage. A plenty of salt raises blood pressure. The right diet and change of a way of life can prevent development of a hypertension, and also help at treatment of this disease (if it is diagnosed).



FOR LAZY ONES

This research of the American physicians will please men-idlers. It appears, if to look at a female's breast for 10 minutes, there is as much advantage of this contemplation, as from exercises during 30-minutes! Sexual excitation allows heart to work more strongly and by that improves blood circulation, reducing risk of heart attacks. Therefore the view of a female's breast does men to be more healthy.



HOW TO DISTINGUISH "GOOD" CHOLESTERIOL ROM "BAD" ONE

Cholesterol is a fatty substance which is made basically in a liver, and also we get it together with our food. It is necessary for a health for cellular membranes and hormones formation. Cholesterol cannot be dissolved in blood, therefore in a blood-groove it moves by means of the special substances, two basic types of which we shall name "bad" cholesterol and "good" cholesterol.
"Bad" cholesterol
It delivers cholesterol to cells of a body. Cells absorb necessary quantity of cholesterol, and surpluses remain in blood. They can be attached to inside walls of arteries, thus increasing risk of cardiovascular diseases.
"Good" cholesterol
Removes surpluses of cholesterol from cells of body and delivers them in a liver where they will be neutralized. This type of cholesterol helps us to support heart healthy.
