And worse, some of us may just have experienced some form of rip-off. So how do we protect our selves? There are many diverse and different reasons why some of us may have been distressed year last because of this issue. Well there is some good advice for us to know and apply in 2008 and they may just help us avoid the mistakes we made last year.

This week, the City of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania (USA) new Mayor Nutter started his official duties. Those of us who live in the City hope for only the best of success to him, his family and the staff he has appointed to assist him. We all know how serious the crime situation has become for the residents and businesses in the historical City. And there are many different reasons and possibly solutions presented to deal with this. But when all is said and done, we hope that officials such the mayor who has more authority or power to do something practical, will do so successfully. There are other problems in the City, but above all, we hope the new Mayor will really deal with this issue.
