The Introduction:  Sometimes we know what is right and we do what is right. But at other times we just do what is more convenient. That habit of simple convenience can cost us in health and money if we are not careful. Take for example, not being careful to look carefully and consistently at the labeling of many of the products we buy. Not doing so is never a good thing. Here is a report on this that is good to read.
