THE
INTRODUCTION: Here is some information
that will be very useful to many of us who are interested or concerned about
the “going green movement” across the world.
QUOTE: Five Green Goods Not Worth the Added Green - As many environmentally-friendly shoppers soon discover, going green
costs some serious green….Organic, free-range or other sustainable foods may
promise to do wonders for your health, but only at a significant cost to your
wallet. The real stomach-churner? With certain items, you're paying more for
the label than any real improvement in quality, warns Kimberly Stewart, author
of "Eating Between the Lines."
Save your cash
on these "green" grocery items: "Organic"
seafood. Talk about a fish tale, says Stewart. Although you'll see the term
"organic" slapped on fish at supermarkets and restaurants, there's
actually no such thing. "There is no USDA certification for seafood,"
she says. "There are too many variables you can't control, like water
quality." (Other products that earn the government's organic certification
are grown without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, hormones and other
chemicals or pollutants, and processed without radiation or additives.) Please

"Debt collectors on the
rampage” What can we do?
Six months after Rob Hruskoci closed his business, a debt collector called and demanded payment that day for the $5,000 balance on his business credit card. "They want me to wire them $1,900 in 5 hours," Hruskoci said. "It was all about intimidation and harassment." With the economy in a tailspin, more consumers like Hruskoci are falling behind in their loan repayments, and finding themselves the target of aggressive debt collectors. Complaints against debt collectors
have risen substantially in the last few years, according to the Better
Business Bureau - up 20% in 2006 and 26% in 2007, according to preliminary
figures. Read more

It can
never be a good thing when someone who is in need of help and asks for help,
but receive abuse instead. That is so not right – it’s just cruel. Likewise,
when someone (like recent high school or college graduates) seeks the
assistance of famous online jobs sites, instead of receiving professional
service they are the victims of jobs scams. Many of us who have friends and
families who have or maybe approaching online job sites for the above related
matter, need to be very helpful in advising them to be extremely careful. They
are in need of a good job and life, not to be scammed or robbed by those who
prey on their needs. Shop at MAXMALLs: The Web's Best Stores For Great Savings and Bargains - The Veriuni Store.
