Welcome to my email list. Are you excited?! Probably not as excited as I am,
which, on the scale of excitement is, HIGHLY EXCITED. I am leaving for New York
tonight and flying to Africa on Wednesday. I can't believe this week has
finally come, and amazingly, I actually feel prepared! I feel ALIVE and so
grateful for this incrediable opportunity to travel and learn. (thanks mom and
dad)

I will be using this zine to send updates, stories, and pictures during my
travels. This will basically be my only source of communication. BUT, for those
of you who live to hear my voice on a daily basis, you can call my cell phone
