Starting a business is a lot like buying a new computer.  You're eager to start, so you just take it out of the box and plug it in.  It generally works, but you have a nagging feeling that you might be doing harm to your investment or, at best, you  are not getting the most out of it.

It's time to pull out the operating instructions. Most small business owners have not been trained to run a business!  Just because you have a good idea or a great product doesn't mean that you have the skills required to be successful in business.

This interactive workshop encourages you to take that step back (the one you never seem to have time to take) and wrap your arms around what it really means to operate a business. Whether you're just starting out, or you've been in business for a while, this workshop offers you the "operating instructions" to help you better manage your business.  The result?  You'll be a more successful and confident business owner. 

?·   Understand the importance of the many hats you wear as a business owner;

?·   Clarify a vision for your business and set attainable one-year goals;

?·   Learn a simple and effective time management system to use  right away;

?·   End the day with a written action plan to begin reaching your goals.
