Aussie Bloke Was Not a Hoax

The Aussie Bloke (AB) hoax was not a hoax. It was too well put together
to be a hoax. IT WAS CAREFULLY PLACED DISINFORMATION! Aside from
the dates mentioned in the hoax, everything else was information that is widely
known and accepted. It was well keyed to trigger the emotional
tensions people are instinctively feeling right now and to expend them with
a distracting non-event. In this regard, it worked very well.
Now that it has been labeled a hoax, people are turned off to the whole topic.
Yet, the fundamental issues that sparked the AB hoax dissemination and which
are being reported in the mainstream media are very much alive and troubling.
The
mission of the all-volunteer Sagan Continuation Project (SCP) is to continue
